Buying
What can I get here?
A Studio Master: the 192 kHz, 32-bit WAV of one track. Only main versions are made at 192 kHz (the main track, and its without-vocals, extended or alternate versions); the other cuts (slowed, sped up, 8D, edits) are made at 44.1 or 48 kHz. The Full Package: every version of a track (slowed, sped up, 8D, the extras) in Standard Quality and in lossless FLAC. You can also put several masters in your cart and pay once for less, back the next release, pin a request, license one of my originals, or join the Tribe monthly.
How much does it cost?
You choose the price, from the minimum shown in the box. The faint number in the price field is that minimum. Members pay 5 to 15% less, depending on their level. Prices in other currencies are converted from rupees and are approximate.
Which ways can I pay?
Pay here (Razorpay): UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Confirmed automatically, the fastest. UPI straight to me: scan the QR, pay the exact amount, paste the 12-digit UTR. I confirm it against my bank by hand. Ko-fi: card or PayPal, handy from outside India.
What is “Standard Quality”?
The way tracks stream on this site and on most platforms: good, compressed audio (320 kbps). Treble and Symphony members stream lossless FLAC where I’ve uploaded it. The Studio Master is the uncompressed WAV straight out of my session: 192 kHz and 32-bit for main versions, 44.1 or 48 kHz for the other cuts.
What do the 192 kHz / 48 kHz badges mean?
The resolution of the file you’d get. Main versions (the main track and its without-vocals, extended or alternate versions) are made at 192 kHz, 32-bit. Slowed, sped up, 8D and other edits are made at 44.1 or 48 kHz, because that’s how they’re made, not a cut corner. Every master’s card shows its real format before you pay.
Getting your files
When do I get my file?
Paid here: as soon as the payment is confirmed, an email arrives with a private download link to your file. It works for 7 days and needs no account. (A few older masters still come as a Google Drive link shared to your email.) UPI straight to me: after I see the money in my bank, usually within a day. Ko-fi: by email once I see it.
The link says I need access, or has expired
A Google Drive link: open it while signed in to Google with the same email you paid with. A download link that has passed its 7 days: reply to the receipt and I’ll send a fresh one. If your email isn’t a Google account, reply to the receipt and I’ll send the file another way.
I typed my email wrong
Email me from your correct address with your payment reference (it starts with BP) and I’ll resend it.
When something goes wrong
Money left my account but the site says it failed
Don’t pay again. A payment that failed at the bank is normally reversed to you automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days. If it went through on my side, you’ll still get your file. Either way, email me your reference and I’ll check.
My UPI payment shows “Not confirmed yet”
That’s normal for UPI straight to me. I confirm each one by hand against my bank statement. If it was rejected, you’ll get an email asking for a screenshot of the payment.
Where do I find the UTR?
In your UPI app, open the payment in history. It’s the 12-digit number called UTR, UPI Ref No or Transaction ID. Check that the receiver’s name showed as Suraj Verma before you paid.
I paid twice by mistake
Email me both references. The extra one is refunded in full.
Refunds
These are digital files, so once a file is delivered it can’t be returned. If it never arrived, arrived broken, or was the wrong track, you get the right file or a full refund, your choice.
The Tribe
How does membership work?
Bass, Treble or Symphony, paid monthly or once a year. You get a badge, member display pictures and 5 to 15% off every master; Treble adds lossless FLAC streaming, Symphony the Coming Soon room and your name in the credits. Some visuals and features can be kept for members; the Tribe page shows exactly what each level gets. Leave whenever you like, nothing is locked in.
I’m a YouTube channel member
Use this month’s code from the members-only post on the Tribe page and your level unlocks here too.
Using the music
Can I use a rendition in my video?
Renditions are for listening. The underlying compositions belong to their original owners, so I can’t license them to you. For my own originals, use “Use my originals” and I’ll send you a licence.
What do you store about me?
Your username, what you listen to here (for the leaderboard), your favourites and playlists, and for purchases your email and payment reference. Payment details are handled by Razorpay, Ko-fi or your bank, never by this site.
Does the site listen to my microphone?
No. The visuals react to the track itself: your browser reads the sound it is already playing, on your device, and nothing is recorded or sent anywhere. For YouTube tracks you can choose to share this tab’s sound (Sync to sound); the same applies.
