Buying
What can I get here?
Studio Masters and Full Packages are digital downloads for personal listening. A Studio Master contains the selected version’s source file; a Full Package contains the available versions and extras listed for that release. The format shown for each version is the actual supplied format, not a sitewide resolution promise.
How much does it cost?
You choose the price, from the minimum shown in the box. The faint number in the price field is that minimum. Members pay 5 to 15% less, depending on their level. Prices in other currencies are converted from rupees and are approximate.
Which ways can I pay?
Cashfree is the default when enabled, followed by PayU. Hosted checkout shows its supported UPI, card and netbanking options. Direct QR payments require studio verification against the bank or BharatPe record. Eligible international PayPal and Ko-fi options remain available when configured. A payment link, UTR or return page alone does not confirm payment.
What is “Standard Quality”?
Source formats vary by version, including 44.1, 48 and 192 kHz. Check the format shown at checkout. Listening streams and purchased studio files can have different formats. FLAC streaming is offered only when a lossless stream is available.
What do the 192 kHz / 48 kHz badges mean?
Source formats vary by version, including 44.1, 48 and 192 kHz. Check the format shown at checkout. Listening streams and purchased studio files can have different formats. FLAC streaming is offered only when a lossless stream is available.
Getting your files
When do I get my file?
Paid here: as soon as the payment is confirmed, an email arrives with a private download link to your file. It works for 7 days and needs no account. (A few older masters still come as a Google Drive link shared to your email.) UPI straight to me: after I see the money in my bank, usually within a day. Ko-fi: by email once I see it.
The link says I need access, or has expired
A Google Drive link: open it while signed in to Google with the same email you paid with. A download link that has passed its 7 days: reply to the receipt and I’ll send a fresh one. If your email isn’t a Google account, reply to the receipt and I’ll send the file another way.
I typed my email wrong
Email me from your correct address with your payment reference (it starts with BP) and I’ll resend it.
When something goes wrong
Money left my account but the site says it failed
Don’t pay again. A payment that failed at the bank is normally reversed to you automatically by your bank or payment provider within 5 to 7 working days. If it went through on my side, you’ll still get your file. Either way, email me your reference and I’ll check.
My UPI payment shows “Not confirmed yet”
That’s normal for UPI straight to me. I confirm each one by hand against my bank statement. If it was rejected, you’ll get an email asking for a screenshot of the payment.
Where do I find the UTR?
In your UPI app, open the payment in history. It’s the 12-digit number called UTR, UPI Ref No or Transaction ID. Check that the receiver’s name showed as Suraj Verma before you paid.
I paid twice by mistake
Email me both references. The extra one is refunded in full.
Refunds
These are digital files, so once a file is delivered it can’t be returned. If it never arrived, arrived broken, or was the wrong track, you get the right file or a full refund, your choice.
The Tribe
How does membership work?
Bass, Treble or Symphony, paid monthly or once a year. You get a badge, member display pictures and 5 to 15% off every master; Treble adds lossless FLAC streaming where a lossless stream has been supplied; Symphony adds the full Coming Soon room, private studio messages and your name in release credits. Some visuals and features can be kept for members; the Tribe page shows exactly what each level gets. Leave whenever you like, nothing is locked in.
I’m a YouTube channel member
Use this month’s code from the members-only post on the Tribe page and your level unlocks here too.
Using the music
Can I use a rendition in my video?
Renditions are for listening. The underlying compositions belong to their original owners, so I can’t license them to you. For my own originals, open Project licensing and send an enquiry. Use needs a separately agreed written licence.
What do you store about me?
Your username, what you listen to here (for the leaderboard), your favourites and playlists, and for purchases your email and payment reference. Payment details are handled by Cashfree, Razorpay, Ko-fi or your bank, never by this site.
Does the site listen to my microphone?
No. The visuals react to the track itself: your browser reads the sound it is already playing, on your device, and nothing is recorded or sent anywhere. For YouTube tracks you can choose to share this tab’s sound (Sync to sound); the same applies.
